ok i have the answer but all the credit goes to scorpio since it was him who figured out how to do it, after the first flamethrower guard run past the spinning blades, then at the armed guard roundhouse him, then freeze him again and run back to the blades but stay at the right of the last ones, then constantly jump until the guard uppercuts you while your in the air, you will grab ahold to the platform and get up there, whats up there? three urns of vitality.

i remembered getting up there..just didnt remember how i did it. after messing with it a little, i remembered how i did it.
