mine was mk2 for the gameboy. yeah there was no blood but looking at the game gear verison im glad there was not. the fatalities in mk2 gb better to even without blood.

yeah I'd have to say MK2 is my favorite too. the fatalities are actually somewhat gruesome(the ones in MK1 were just crap). the game isn't slow either so it isn't hard to perform special moves or fatalities. could have been better though if there were a few more characters

what did you think the most gruesome fatality was mine was shang stungs soul sucker. those fatalities in mk1 were bad the only ok one was raidens shock.

the most gruesome one i think is reptiles, where he rips your head off and then eats it.

I like 3. It's slower, but It has more kontent, better music (Though still sucks), and unlockable smoke. I think the most gruesome is Cyrax's hella-chopper. I like the shreds spraying everywhere!
