No matter how many times I uppercut either a computer or human opponent on the portal arena, Dan Forden never comes out for me to access the Smoke fight. I have the Mortal Kombat Arcade Collections from PSN / XBOX Live. Has anyone else been able to get this to work and how long did it take you?
