Yea the sound is pretty bad on Snes in both mk1 and 2, but I'll still take them for snes due to the graphics not being so muted and "painted" looking. I don't know why mk sound has such a hard time translating. It is odd on midway treasures as well.

On a side note, despite not liking the "sweat" business I did appriciate the work the team put into mk1 for snes to water it down. Sub Zero's ice smash came from snes after all complete with a new sprite for the deep freeze effect on the victim. I also preferred Raiden's mk1 snes fatality to his arcade version. It seemed more mk2 like...with the result being something unique instead of just a decapitation
