i've been playing mk1, 2 & 3 on and off for 20 years and i'm STILL struggling

my problm isn't with the game, it's with the players

i look on youtube and i'm seeing so many all flawless playthroughs that i'm thinking: haven't you had enough of this game?

if you're too good at it, what's the point in playing it?!

that's not all, these players have to brag about it when you play them online

they keep sayiing: i'm the best i'm the king, you can't beat me

and they will can you a "newb" if you can't pull off inifinite combos or close to it

i'm ranked 9050 out of 100,000 players

they also stick to a few nominated characters who are useless to play as, irritating to fight against, such as Jade, Human Smoke, Noob Saibot, Ermac, Cyrax, Kung Lao, and worst of all, Shang Tsung

well whoever you are, it is you who needs to stop playing the game and play something else, otherwise regardless of whether it's single player or online, no matter what you do, you'll find it to be no challenge at all
