You need a TV Capture Card. I have the ATI All-in-Wonder. It works great I have captured all kinds of movies and images form MK:DA. That is the only way to do this.

i got ATI Radeon 9000 ... What do i need? program? I got a cable so i can watch my computer thru the TV... Iam a newbie at computers and stuff ;)

The program you use to watch TV should have a capture button. It will capture a single image from the TV.
