help with sega mk3 level

i have had this game for many years and just found out that there is a smoke and graveyard level. how do i get this level on that game??????????

As to the Graveyard, it's not in the Sega or SNES versions.

im guessing this is about the portal. I dont think you can fight in it unless you do the smoke kode right? the one that lets u fight him, NOT unlock him. correct me if im wrong anyone.

I remember something weird like that too, where you had to have the code to fight against him on but you couldn't have the code unlocking him on. I thought that was robo smoke on the orange portal level for MK3 for PSX but I am not certain.
