How do u edit MK4???

Ok i know that sum ppl can edit Mk4 stuff, like the costumes and levels. I just REALLY need to find out how to edit the levels because i came up with up with a great idea (im not telling yet ) So do u need sum 3d editor or could u edit it in another art program?? Plz give me sum info, or if sum1 knows how to do it and can do me a very simple edit, that would be the best! Thx

For editing the graphics, there's a program called the MK4Strip. I'm not sure exactly where to download it, but it lets you edit the raw bitmaps of the fighter and level skins.

As for level editing I have no idea.

And you need a full, professional 3D program to edit characters and most grahics.
Adobe Photoshop is perfect for pallete swapping, thank gosh I was able to touch up Tanya.

Just look around for MK4strip on google, I manage to find it every time... The site is sorta down, but the download files are still available.
