How do you do fatalities with up in them?

I have been currently trying to do all the fatalities in Trilogy and I started on Reptile. I can't get his second fatality down though. Could someone please tell me how to do it? And I have already tried blocking and doing it at the same time.

.But if you have the Play Station version,you can put in 1-button fatalities by going to the options screen and holding,RI+R2+LI+L2+Up on the D-pad for about 5 seconds.On the N64 version,I THINK it's L+R+Up on the D-pad for about 5 seconds.Hope that helps.(I'm sure about the Play Station version,beacause i have that one.Not too sure about N64,though.)

What you do is hold block. Yup. But you need to realease it during the input.

For Example: The fatality is Up, Down, Up, HP. You press Hold Block, Up, Down, Up, Release Block, HP.
