I read how to do it here on this site and another site wich says the same way how to do it, but I can't seem to ever do it. Anyways just wondering if they are wrong? Or am I just not doing it?

You don't even have to hold block, F-D-B-U and they will have to reaction block it due to no block and duck telegraph.
