Liu Kang

Kung Lao: big brother to him
Raiden: father figure/mentor
Kitana: love interest due to her beauty and inner goodness
Bo' Rai Cho: mentor/teacher to him
Johnny Cage: mutual trust and respect; probably likes his comedic stuff sometimes while not liking it at other times
Sonya: mutual trust and respect
Jax: same as with Sonya
Sub-Zero: mutual trust and respect
Nightwolf: same as with Sonya and Jax
Stryker: not sure; probably the same as with Sonya and Jax
Ermac: understands his plight
Shang Tsung: despises him for what he stands for
Shinnok: same as with Shang Tsung
Quan Chi: same as with Shang Tsung and Shinnok
Shao Kahn: I like to think of their relationship as similar to the relationship between Superman and Darkseid

Kung Lao

Liu Kang: little brother to him in a way
Raiden: master/student relationship
Bo' Rai Cho: same as Raiden; probably finds him to be odd
Sonya: not much
Johnny Cage: probably doesn't like him that much but still sees him as an ally
Jax: not much
Kitana: respect and trust
Sub-Zero: not much
Stryker: not much
Nightwolf: not much
Shang Tsung: despises him
Shao Kahn: despises him
Quan Chi: despises him
Goro: didn't like him at first but they made peace though I'm sure that'll change when MKA comes out

Raiden

Liu Kang: most trusted ally
Kung Lao: very trusted ally
Kitana: trusted ally
Sub-Zero: business-type relationship
Sonya: probably a bit ticked off at times due to her attitude
Jax: perhaps he hopes that Jax will find his own strengths someday
Stryker: not much
Nightwolf: trusted ally
Shang Tsung: despises him
Quan Chi: despises him
Shinnok: really despises him
Shao Kahn: two sides of the same coin; Raiden is like High Father and Shao Kahn is like Darkseid
Shujinko: sees him as some fool who should pay for his stupidity and carelessness

Kitana

Liu Kang: loves him for his nobility, courage, and things like that
Kung Lao: trusted ally
Raiden: trusted ally
Bo' Rai Cho: finds him to be odd and a bit disgusting but sees that he is truly a martial arts master
Sonya: probably admires Sonya for her toughness
Jax: trust and respect
Sub-Zero: mutual, unspoken understanding of each other due to their pasts
Nightwolf: not much
Stryker: not much; probably non-existant
Jade: sisterly relationship
Mileena: hates and perhaps even pities her
Sindel: they care for each other
Shao Kahn: despises him greatly for ruining her life
Shang Tsung: hates him for what he stands for and for killing Liu Kang
Quan Chi: hates him a lot; probably gets under her skin
Goro: trusted war ally and stuff
Reptile: probably sees him as an ass-kisser

Sonya

Liu Kang: trusted ally
Johnny Cage: Han Solo/Princess Leia type thing going on though the games don't say so and the MK4 comic says otherwise
Jax: good friend and very trusted ally
Raiden: trusted ally
Sub-Zero: I bet she was very untrusting of him initially but eventually began to see that he can be trusted and is a good ally; even so, I don't see the two interacting with each other much or really liking each other much at all
Stryker: not sure
Nightwolf: not sure
Kano: hates his guts completely
Frost: dislikes her and doesn't trust her
Jarek: sees him as Black Dragon scum
Cyrax: trusted ally
Kenshi: not much to say

Johnny Cage

Liu Kang: good buddy and ally
Sonya: Han Solo/Princess Leia relationship
Jax: probably doesn't like him that much at first but eventually just sees him as an ally that he can trust

Kitana: maybe he tries to flirt with her a bit but can't really say for sure

Sonya: antagonistic but probably does a lot of avoiding when it comes to her
Johnny Cage: probably antagonistic since Sub-Zero is very stern and Johnny Cage is comical
Jax: not sure; probably non-existant or maybe just mutual respect like with Liu Kang
Nightwolf: not sure; probably non-existant
Stryker: same like with Nightwolf
Smoke: a lot of respect and trust
Sareena: uncertainity, namely due to not knowing that much about her
Frost: father figure to her
Quan Chi: hates his guts
Scorpion (pre-retcon): probably comes to an eventual understanding and respect for him, maybe even feeling a bit bad
Older Sub-Zero: looks up to him for being a strong, brave fighter who stood up to powerful, evil assholes like Shinnok and Quan Chi
Sektor: could possibly see him as a bit of ass-kisser; I mean, Sektor is very loyal to the old Lin Kuei afterall
Cyrax: not sure
Kenshi: mutual respect between the two

Scorpion

Older Sub-Zero: hates him for killing him in cold blood and killing his family and clan (or so he believes that is); he probably sees the Older Sub-Zero as someone without honor and dignity

Younger Sub-Zero: same with the Older Sub-Zero minus the killing him in cold blood thing; in the pre-retcon Scorpion days, Scorpion would eventually gain respect for the younger Sub-Zero, seeing him as someone honorable and merciful

Quan Chi: totally hates him

Drahmin: a pest

Moloch: another pest

Noob Saibot

Younger Sub-Zero: hates him and wants him gone

Scorpion: not sure about this one; Noob is proud of what he's become so maybe he's grateful to Scorpion

Quan Chi: obedient slave to Quan at first but now that Noob is a potential power player, probably sees him as a stepping stone on his way to big things

Shinnok: same as with Quan Chi

Smoke: simply sees Smoke as an important tool for his plans

Ashrah: pest and nuisance

Evolving relationships?

Liu Kang and Kung Lao
The MK2 comic backs up what Shaolin Monks puts forth whether people think SM is canon or not - at first, Liu Kang and Kung Lao didn't like eachother. They had a misunderstanding of the way action should be conducted. But, as time flew by, their rivalry faded away and they became like brothers.

Sonya and Johnny Cage
Yeah, they fought alot due to their different natures but eventually began to fall for one another. I see their bickering tempering down as the series goes on. By MKDA, they don't fight almost at all except for the occassional stern, "Get serious" from Sonya. And, of course, they DO fall in love.

Sub-Zero and Scorpion
While Scorpion remains hateful of the little brother for obvious reasons, I think Sub-Zero at first hates him......but the hate dissolves away and Sub-Zero comes to understand him and his own brother more despite Scorpion's wrath towards him. And, of course, when Scorpion finds out the little brother isn't the killer - he just leaves him alone. No hard feelings, but no feelings period.

Kung Lao and Goro
Started off hating Goro, but eventually came to realize that the hate was unjustified - and that it's a neverending circle. Thus, that is why he decided to make his peace Goro probably saw Kung Lao as nothing more than a little man. No trouble at all. But now that Goro is back to being bad, well....who knows how Lao will react?

Liu Kang and Kitana
The relationship started off as business, but they both gave eachother small inklings of hope in their lives. Through that, they developed feelings for eachother. And though they'd love to be together, they can't.

Those are the only EVOLVING relationships in my eyes.
