There are a few monor graphic and sound issues (minor flickering shadows (MK2) and some music still playing after fatalitys (MK3) but the gameplay is spot on and is great fun. All the combos and everything are fine and so yeah you'll like it. I have it and love it.

Don't mean to be rude, it just struck me as funny because we've been wading through pissed-off MAT2 posts for the last two weeks here.

My advice would be just don't buy it at all, simply out of protest.

dude, its not that bad. 20 bucks is a steal for whats on the disc, and the issues with the mk games are very minor. better than all other home versions. mk trilogy on n64 had no loading times, but the sound was only sub-par. this is definately worth it. it does have issues, but trust me, if you ever wanted versions of these games with all the sounds, looks and gameplay, unlike other home versions, then definately pick this up. if your a super serious nit picker, and can't live without perfection in life, then stay away from it. thats all i can tell ya.

To me the biggest problem is the sound. I was looking foward arcade perfect MK2 and MK3 games, but the sound turns me off. I mean I have to turn the sound up and worst of all sometimes I think the music doesn't stop. I think graphics wise its all there, but the sound is the biggest downer.

how are the other games on the compilation, other then primal rage? are they fun?
