I've been meaning to post this for a long time but I've forgotten. Alot of people keep complaining that they can't do random select, at least for their PS2s. For that reason I am posting this. Press UP + X, and you can do random slelect for both MK2 and MK3. Hopefully this will settle some of the controversies in MAT2, and moreover, I believe smoke is in MK2, but his just very illusive, thats all.

This is old news.

And as far as anyone knows, they didn't put in an alternate means of fighting Smoke, they suck that badly.

It pisses me off that you cant save smoke in mk3 wtf i unlocked him last night and beat the game with him so now i can rest a little.Despite all of mat2s flaws its still more fun then mkd.
