Is there any "Ultimate Kombat Code" to Enable Human Smoke at The Select Your Fighter Screen?

The 4th Code is for MK3,I know The Back+HP+HK+Blk+Run Method but that UCK just don't Work in UMK3.

The 10902-22234 UKK is for regular MK3. It makes robot Smoke playable.

There is no way to get Human Smoke on the selection screen in UMK3. You just always have to do the code after picking Robot Smoke.
