MK was a huge inspiration for me as a youth...gave me a direction to go as an adult.

Yes the MK2 days were the best. Bar none. Glad to see it get it's props.

Now IF we can only get to play it again on a Kollection disc with the others....

Yeah,a perfect arcade port of MK2...But Midway keep's giving a excuse saying "there is not enough space to make it possible" YES THERE IS Midway has 22 games all on one disc that will be out soon called Arcade Tresures.I hope they make a collection pack after MK6 or before MK6.

YEAH!! That's the best thread that I've ever heard about MK. YES MK2 is the BEST fighting game ever. I've never felt like MK2 game, it was a major step.


MK2 has a real feeling of terror from sounds and graphics.

GREAT intro and it's music. The players sounds were very powerful especially when they fall from the pit, their screams seemed amazingly alive.

ALSO, backgrounds were based on kind of historical and kingdom places.

Actually its depending on whether they can get a MAME emulator working properly on the consoles. Or something like that.
More importantly it's if Acclaim still has the rights to it. Their contract will have to expire first.
