In the video, you could see that Scorpion fights Quan Chi in two different areas; one in the Acid Bath, the other the Kuatan Palace. I don't know what to say about the second fight, but the first fight must've happened because in Quan Chi's Konquest, they describe a fight between him and Scorpion in the Acid Bath, and the way it seems to appear in the video seems accurate to what's written...

Quan Chi searches for Shang Tsung and finds his home in front of the Acid Bath. Before entering, Scorpion confronts Quan Chi and they battle. They fight for a bit, and Quan Chi thniks he "kills" Scorpion after giving him a hard hit. However, when he stands over his body, Scorpion shows that he was faking it and the battle continues. Quan Chi then uses his magic to launch his Green Skull, then while Scorpion gets knocked closer to the edge of the acid moat, Quan Chi uses his Rising Star to pop Scorpion over the edge and into the acid, destroying him for the time being.

Obviously, the last part wasn't shown on the video, but the rest of the scenes seem to fit with the Konquest information.

And the whole video is in the krypt?or where?

There is no "whole" video. They only rendered a short movie that they clipped up to be inserted into the music video and tv advertisments. They wouldn't make something only to have it clipped out.
