No. only the cpu can do a 4 hit kick pop up with Mileena. HP HP HK HK half circle LK. Or HK HK half circle LK are what we can do. I think HK HK U+LK U+HK is another, but it isn't a pop up.

But KS, HK, HK, D-F+LK is a 4 hits combo that involves only legs.

For some reason she does the extra roundhouse at the end that does no damage and knocks you back down quickly. I don't understand why they did this, perhaps it's just something unfinished, or maybe they did it so people would still ask questions about it on message boards over 10 years later, who knows? I've tried a lot of combinations to see if a human can do it, but alas, no you cannot.

Of course I mean a 4 Hit ground Combo Pop-Up Combo with legs.
Just play against Millena for a few times and you will see that "Impossible" Combo.

Its just another thing that the CPU can do but Humans not.
My theory is, that they simply gave the CPU Millena a wrong input commando for her autocombo lol.

FYI, I saw that a lot and not only in UMK3, but in MKT as well.
