Press down + Start on kano at the select screen. You should hear a noise and see the screen shake. this will enable a very hard tower all the way on the right. You will start by fighting chameleon and the rest are endurances and bosses. There are no regular battles.

Just so you know the actual "secrets of MKT" themselves are not worth it, for me though I have no regrets because it was a challange I had to overcome and I did, you get alot of experiance and overall, a very memorable night... of yelling at the TV. Honeslty though I would do it again.

This one actualy reveals the secrets, don't actually highlight this one unless your really desperate..
Spoilers: (Highlight to reveal)

They showed like 3 or 4 secrets that are all known by now.
One was a code for getting the question marks in options (which I heard wasfor a beta version)
one was a kombat code
and one was a message that I don't remember

yes, the "secrets of MKT" is only in n64. ALso the N64 is the only platform you need to work for to get specific treasures. That's why I assumed he was talking about the N64 version.
