First do his telekenetic slam, than run up and uppercut, while your opponent is on the ground start the slam again then uppercut again continue this and it is an infinite

even if it was not blockable its not inf. infinite is a combo that can be performed over and over if you have unlimited time and energy (so you should know there are infs in mk4 too, no matter the max damage), and there are combos who have same elements and can reach 100% but they are not infs. Shock explained this well in umk3 combo thread i think.

To build off what psykosonik said, the tele-slam locks at 5 hits. 5 uppercuts would be close to killing them and the tele-slams would kill him/her. So even if it happened it's understandable to believe it's an infinite because they would die before you saw the move locked.
