Agreed.Sektor's heritage was never really revealed.Some think he's white, japanese or Latin but nobody knows for sure.Who knows?

Personally, if they should decide to reveal this in the future I'd make him latin.Not too many latino dudes in MK.

As said, they never revealed Sektor's nationality. Personally, I always saw him as Chinese. Since the Lin Kuei is a Chinese clan and Sektor was so fanatical about his loyalty, I can see him being very proud of the fact he's a "pure blood" Lin Kuei.

In 1 pic I saw that Sekter was japanese.

As of now, it's all up to speculation. Maybe if they have a backstory game, focusing on the Lin Kuei's history, they could show what Sektor, Cyrax, Smoke and others looked like when they were human.

One thing they could've done regarding the explanation for Sub-Zero's more Caucasian appearance is that his father's lineage could be from one of the more Turkic ethnic groups in China, which would make sense.

Yup, that's it. Nobody has ever seen Sektor as a human in the games (which are the only canon source concerning MK, aside from three comics), so nobody knows his heritage.
