Yep,it's a staff,but who knows if that was his real weapon in MKGold,maybe it was just a test when the game was in development stage,besides that,i never liked Belokk's design,we'll never see him in a MK game for sure.

Yes, it's a staff. Whether or not it was to be an official weapon or not is impossible to know, as he will never, ever, appear in a Mortal Kombat game, since he does not belong to Midway to use.
