Your best bet is to play it on Dreamcast- the real thing.
You will never get the fast-paced, high-qulaity arcade graphics without playing DC.

You can get Dreamcast for under $20.

I say just buy the Dreamcast. Like Zero said, you're not gonna get it on the PC with any quality, at least for a while. The last I checked there still weren't any good working DC emulators.

The DC is cheap, and then you can get all those good fighters for it, like MvC1+2, CVS1+2, SF3S, SSF2T, to name a few. The system is definately worth it.

And, if you get the DC look around for a VGA adapter (I bought mine for $5) and then you can hook it up to a computer monitor to get the full 640x480 resolution. That ish is golden.
