If you are Shang Tsung and fighting against Jax, and you morph into Jax, you will be wearing blue pants (as you should). However if you do Jax's Friendship, he will go back to wearing red pants!

The Purple Bunny showed me this glitch earlier (Chris is awesome at finding this stuff out)

Yes. I've tried it with all the other characters whose Friendship Tsung can perform. Jax is the only one.

This also works if both players are Jax, and player 2 performs the friendship. Either the pallet is switched back, or the animation is single and no animation was made for Jax in blue pants.

Is this exclusive to the SNES or in all versions.

I actually did this in the arcade version.
Not sure if it works in any others, I will test them out later on though.

OK, so it was an error made by the MK dev team, I thought maybe it was screwed up while being ported.

Amazing how after all this time we still keep finding new things in this game.

That's why it's the best MK ever: the mystery level is amazing high

This is similar to occurrences in MKT with shang and pallets changing mid round. Actually, not even with shang. If you have Mk2 Raiden vs MK2 Raiden you can get them to be the same color or swap the colors after a few electricity impacts.

These finds aren't interesting. Someone go find the TreeFatal. And I mean that.
