ive liked scorpion since i played him on my megadrive because he is an anti hero.i dont really like sub zero i think his story needs roundin up maybe frost take over for more female warriors dont play as them like.and i dont really like old man raiden but he part of MK and i think kenshi is too tekken actually and dont like the blind man

I say kill Johnny Cage...an actor in MK? It kinda cheapens the whole seriousness of the plot. I like to think of MK as "this ain't the fighting you see in the movies, these are hardcore deadly fighters. They could rip Bruce Lee a new asshole with one hand tied behind their back." Also he's a prettyboy, and an endorsement of society's superficiality.

Also Bo Rai Cho because he's an endorsement of alcoholism. And Jax- well, I don' wanna see him dead, they should just make his less "ghetto." He's in the military for christ's sake; make him respectable.

I would like J. Cage dead aswell as Jax and Sonya, I've had enough of them and they are annoying aswell.

I would like to see Kabal, Baraka, Ermac, Noob Saibot and Liu Kang be brought back. Just because they're awesome fighters. I would like to see Johnny Cage and Sonya killed. They should change
Jax's look as well and maybe drop out of the whole military thing.

Well, I haven't unlocked all the characters yet (still missing Blaze, Cyrax, Drahmin, Hsu Hao, Jax, Mokap, and Reptile), but I'll comment on the ones I have.

Bo' Rai Cho: His storyline was a bit too weak for me. If he was given a higher purpose, better looks, and dropped a few hundred pounds, he might be a decent fighter. His moves weren't all that great either, in my opinion.

Johnny Cage: He should have never been in any MK past MK2. I don't like the fact that the MK creators seem to enjoy bringing back dead characters. When they're dead, they're dead, leave them like that. Also, his storyline makes no sense...at the end of MK3 (dunno about MK4), he is kickin' it in heaven. Now at the beginning of MKDA, he's making movies? What the hell? Also, wasn't his storyline something like "joined the tournament to bring new material to his movies"? That's terrible...

Raiden: Johnny, Earthrealm needs you!

Cage: Okay, I needed some new ideas for my movies anyways.

Kano: He was bald in MK3, where'd all this hair come from? In the entire series, I always seem to have a weekness towards Kano. I haven't really played with him much, but he's hella hard to beat. A nice bring-back.

Kenshi: Interesting character, good storyline. Difficult to defeat, in my opinion. Very fast. A welcome addition.

Kung Lao: I've always liked him, and I'm hoping he'll become the new hero of the series. Liu Kang is dead and should stay that way. He has a new look, nice fighting styles, and is relitivly easy to use. A good pick.

Li Mei: Apparently her people haven't invented the bra yet...much to our (or at least my) delight. Those are the bounciest breasts I've ever seen. Her Lui He Ba Fa fighting style is very underated in my opinion; very fast and hard combos can be preformed. She relies more on speed then power, and therefore, can be very difficult to counter. I'm hoping she will be brought back and will join the good guys in the next installment.

Mavado: Kabal rip-off. Wish they hadn't have killed Kabal, he should have been the one in this spot. Kabal is good, Mavado isn't.

Quan Chi: Very good "boss" character. His look is much better then that in MK4. Can't say much on his fatality though. Skilled fighter, glad he was in MKDA. One of my favorites.

Scorpion: Scorpion is Scorpion. I like his new look and some of his moves are nice, too. Good fatality. I think they need to put him in another sub-plot though (now that he has found that Quan Chi killed his family and clan).

Shang Tsung: Excellent person to bring back, I missed him in MK4. It's good to see the oldest and newest games sharing the same boss...with a very different (yet better) look. I don't know about bringing him back in MK6 though. He's the kinda character I think should be touched on only every-other game or so.

Sonya: She went a little too Butch for me. Her photo doesn't do her justice, though. Sonya probably gets my vote for biggest disapointment. I don't like her alternate, and she wasn't really given any good combos. Difficult to win with, but her Tae Kwon Do fighting style (which I practice) appealed to me. She's a welcome addition, but I think she needs to be left alone for a game or two, her storyline is getting old. Don't kill her, just leave her be for the next few games.

Sub-Zero: His new look does show time progressing. His fatality is nice, and he does have a good storyline. Hopefully, he will remain Grand Master of the Lin Kuei for games to come.

Frost: I don't like her hair. I don't think she's a good addition to the series, her storyline just doesn't appeal to me.

Kitana: Look could be improved, as so should be the fighting styles. Somewhat of a disapointment for me. Show some skin, woman!

Nitara: Defiently in my top-two or three favorites. Her costumes are great (:D), and she was, in my opinion, made to be the most powerful and deadly fighter. She should return on the evil side in MK6, but play a bigger role. A welcome addition to the series.

Raiden: Should have used Fujin and let him stay as an Elder God. Hopefully, he'll go back to being an Elder, and Fujin will take his role as Earthrealm's protecter.

Done with my rant.

In every MK games, you have most of the top characters, the already established popular characters such as Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya (the very first MK chick man, this woman has personality ) Raiden ( the leader of the team from earthrealm ( not the most popular, but his part in the storyline is surely the first or second most important role. You can't make an MK without having Raiden in the whole story. I think that a couple of newbies(characters) in MK:da will be replaced by mk6 newbies. I think they will keep Kenshi, his blind thing and telekinetic makes him pretty original. They will forget Ermac and Kenshi will take his spot. I'm sure we will see Noob, not Noob Saibot , just Noob they will call him this time. Noob will be in the mix I'm sure.

MK:DA is my fac MK game, but out of all the new people to come to MK. I only liked Frost and kenshi. All the people from previous MK games returned pretty cool( yes even reptile -_-) , but when it comes to the new kids on the block no thanks. I hope they don't show up in MK6. thanks for your time

I think Li Mei, Bo Rai Cho, and Hsu Hao wont come back. I really like this characters, I have nothing agaisnt them, but their stories where weak. I mean, none really had an important point to the story, they were like, 1 time characters, to come and go.

Hsu Hao is a 2nd Mavado, MKDA needed more then just 1 Red Dragon, he was only needed to destroy SF, fallow orders, and die. There is no ending that contradics Jaxs, where Hsu Hao is killed.

Li Mei was pretty cool and all, but her story wasent really THAT important. I think only the part in her ending where she dies will happen, but not bringuing the whole army back.

Bo Rai Cho: This guy could come back, but I doubt it. He wasnt really important.

Characters that I would like to see dead would be.......none. I like them all, but I guess I wouldnt mind not seeing the ones I mentioned above, Blaze and Mokap of course (I know he was just a filler).

BUT I would LOVE to see this characters back:

Sindel: I just love her story. Her looks and concept are very original.

Mileena: With out her, Kitana isnt as fun. This chick has one of the most coolest stories of the game.

Ermac: I think this ninja has a lot of potencial, they just need imagination.

Kabal: One of the best Mk3 new characters, but if he is really dead, let him rest in peace.

How can U say that? Im guessing U havent really played MKDA much, right? Sonya is one of the most deadly characters in MKDA. BOTH her styles are powerful, she has exelent moves and combos up to 75% AND very very easy to play with. I mean, she and Scorpion are the only 2 characters to have "1" in difficulty wich makes them the easiest to win with, and hardest to defeat (Scorpion not so much though).

I actually liked her alt though, I like those big boots, the cloth and the hat fitted her exelent, and her look is just the best she has ever been given! She (thanks to the movies) was given the mean, saracastic face with the attitude, I love that.

But speaking of charcaters that will return, Im guessing we will once more see the originals back, I mean, having Mk with none of the originals of Mk1 would suck. Must come backs are:

Rayden: Team leader of the heros. Im sure we will see a lot more of the thunder god.

Sonya: Like The-Mortal-God said, shes the original chick of Mk with the cool personality and attitude. Shes a classic original, has been around since Mk1 and is defenatly the second most important heroine after Liu Kang (or Kung lao). Im sure we will see more of her, but I do agree herher story could be improven, the rivality she seems to have with Frost could be interesting and with imagination, it could be a lot.

Johnny Cage: As much as many are going to hate this, and many love it, he will be back...well, Im not 100% sure, but almost. I mean, he is a classic original and a very cool character to the series. In MKDA he was given great styles and moves, and a very cool fatality. Besides, no ending mentions him dying. I do agree though that his story NEEDS to evolve. Make him important.

Oh, BTW, someone said an actor in Mk sucked, LOL, I actually think is cool. I mean, we have secret agents, ninjas, monsters, thunder gods, lizards, wizards, metal arms, a light headed man...why not a super star? I think its pretty cool, I guess we will be seeing more of Cage.

Scorpion: Well, he is Scorpion. Im not a fan of his, and he isnt one of my fave characters, but I admit he is very original and cool, I love his concept. His story though, NEEDS to evolve. Its just as simple as Cages.

Reptile: Im not sure if he will be back AS the Dragon King, or as himself, but I do know we will see a lot of him...a lot thanks to his ending.

Those are the most important characters, for they are the ORIGINALS OF MK. Now, I think we wont see more of:

Kano: I think he is finally dead. The Black Dragons are gone to let the Red Dragons play the important role of criminals.

Goro: Dead. AND I dont see him coming back after his body was introduced in hot lava.

Shang Tsung: One of my fave characters. VERY original, but I think if the team will bring one of the alliance back (quan chi or him) will be Quan Chi. Im not sure about this guy.

Liu Kang: Dead, and Im happy. I think this was the only character I really wanted to see killed. BUT, its Mk remember? As much as I would hate the idea, he COULD come back.

Sub-Zero (Original from Mk1): Dead, I LOVE this character, much moee then the Sub we have in Mk2-MkDA, but since he has never been mentioned after MK1, I guess the team will just leave the Sub we have and let this one stay in hell.

OTHER originals from Mk2 and Mk3 that MUST come back are:

Kung Lao: We are all guessing he will take Lius place, but I would rather see him get distance from the "Liu" image he has.

Kitana: She coudl die, but shes important to the series, shes an original, not as important as the Mk1 characters, but she sure needs to come back. She has a very cool concept, an original look, and a decent story.

Jax: Hes been around since Mk2, I supose this guy could die, but he is cool and important to the series.

Sub-Zero 2: Well, this guy IS considered an original, he is been around since Mk2. Hes sure a fan fave. He like Scorpion, will always be in MK, im not a fan of his, and he sure isnt one of my faves, but Mk wouldnt be Mk (to many) with out him.

Cyrax: Hes become an important part of the series. Hes the only robot that has appeared in most of the Mks (Mk3, MkGold and MkDA).

So, those are the most important characters. Expect them to return, but then again, ANYTHING could happen....its Mk after all.

I disagree. I think Sub-Zero's storyline is deeper and better than Scorpion's. And I think Kenshi is very MK like. As for Johnny Cage and Jax, their storylines need an evolution otherwise, they should get killed off. Johnny Cage's storyline in MKDA was not even close to being half-way decent. At least Jax kicks someone's ass (Hsu Hao).
