Katas - Rendered & Videos

Each Kharacter has a kata or a display of moves. How come some are rendered in the game's engine and some are rendered out in a video.

Could it have been budget related? That's what I think.

The game wasn't even finished. That could be a good reason to why.

I think scorpion's is the only rendered one, and that was for a promo. Kitana, Frost, Kenshi, and Blaze (i'm pretty sure) are the only ones who have in game ones.

How would I be able to see Kitana's and Frosts. I don't remember ever finding them...

You just let the game play through... you can skip the demo fights and the bio sheets and then they'll show the other Kata's.
