Acclaim is pretty good.
They have didn't really expensive technology, but the team know how to make good use of whatever equipment they have.
They make decent racing and sports games, still isn't strong quality like Midway.

Williams had more professional tools (Back in the 90's, Acclaim vs. Williams).
The team had more memory to add more graphics and sounds in the games. But I had like it better when Acclaim was hot.

Midway have the best technology out of all the above.
The team focuses on arcade-style, smashing and explosive games.
Midway has a huge crew of professionals in their own offices doing their own things.
Having many different people working on one project gives fast, quality results. Midway cannot be official without Dan Forden.

I'll go with Midway. But Acclaim is still excellent.
