Midway Arcade Treasures for PSP

Most of us probably seen it shown on an E3 vid somewhere. MAT PSP is gonna include MK1, 2, and 3. I am thinkin about gettin a psp just for this, but what i dont understand is why they can bring out MK1 with the other 2 games on the psp and not on MAT2 for gamecube, ps2, and Xbox.

MAT Ultimate Classics for PSP is gonna have three MK games MK1,2,3 I thought they would never do a MAT For PSP finally a game that includes arcade versions of MK1,2,3 on a portable system
