Hi,
i am searching for some kind if list or chart for the MK2 Standart Moves like HighKick, Low Kick, Jumkick, Jumppunch, Uppercut, Roundhouse ect.

I Make an example (No real Data only example)

Liu Kang:
HK: Good
LK: Medium
Jumpkick: Worse
Vertical Kick: Medium
Uppercut: Great
Roundhouse: Medium
Footsweeper: Medium

Throw Range?

Standart LP,s LK,s are all the same or?

And eventually a list of everyones Close Special Attack (Jax has the best i think because its dizzy the enemy)

lol. Cage has the kick that both high and low, therefore his is the best. Jax's headslam has a bonus with the dizzyness, but the move is a bit slower than other close HP moves. Other stuff can be found at gamefags. There is just also stuff that you have to find out by yourself..

Yeah I wouldn't expect to be able to make a definitive list because there are always personal preferences. I remember all the times Prophet and MK2KungBroken discussed Sindel's uppercut and how good/bad it was in MK3.
