I have mame but I can't get the damn thing to work right!

The sound is very crappy and staticy and the game runs slow, but I do have a fast computer.

If there are hacks for Mame I'd like to try them.

I thought there was a version that let you pick them from the screen or with a code. Guess I was mistaken. Oh well.....

Anyways, if you have the cheat.dat file, then you can use that to cheat and thus you will be able to pick them. On Mame32 it does not work though but if you have the command line version of Mame then it should work.
