One of the "MMMMOOOORRRTTTTAALLLL KKKOOOMMMMBBBAATTTT!" soundbytes from this ad got used so many times afterwards, it kinda came to represent MK. They even used a copycat version in MKSM's intro, though nothing beats the original...

Yeah that scream made it into everything. Its like the door opening sound effect from Doom.

Exactly. I wonder why they never used it in the games? Like I said earlier, they even went as far as to copycat it in MKSM, why not just use the original?

Yea, exactly. They probably own the sound. They use the same Scorpion "Get over here!" noise. Use the "MORTAL KOMBAT!" Hell, it's even in the damn movies! Why won't they use it?
