what verson of music do you preferefor the deadpool , arcade snes, sega genesis, sega saturn. First i would choose the sega genesis verson than snes than sega saturn finally the arcade last. Give me thoughts.

Give me links so I can hear them all, then I'll get back to you
Right now, I can only hear the arcade version (maybe the snes, I don't know if I have MK2 on zsnes), so I can't pass judgement.
However, I bet the Amiga version was sweet, since I DO remember Amiga MK1 having great music (I had both MK1 and 2 on the Amiga), I'd assume since Amiga had that great sound card (for the time) that the MK2 music was awesome too.
Oh, and the Deadpool music is one of the best MK tracks, I just don't like how that stage is number 1 in the battle plan every time, they should've mixed 'em up.

To me, picking the arcade music is like buying a bottle of Pepsi, picking the Genesis version of that same music would be like buying a bottle of flat, caffeine free, diet Pepsi, that another bottle of diet Pepsi exploded all over the day before, some people just like that better, I do not.

I first played MK1 and MK2 on Sega Genesis, so most of the music from those 2 MK games I prefer the Genesis versions

I have heard people call the Genesis versions of MKII musics "remixes" but I don't think it was intentional that they sound a little different, they just had to. I like the Genesis versions for one reason, to laugh at them. The twanginess of the Genesis sound processor is hilarious, often referred to by myself and DreemerNJ as "The Garbalizer". There are some SNES stages where parts of the musics cut out even on the actual cartridge version, I'm sure if these parts were still in tact that the musics would sound a lot better than they already do. Genesis MK3 musics are a disgrace, however, in terms of beats and tempo, they are more accurate than the SNES musics for the most part.

Its a tie between MK2 for Gameboy and MK2 for PC. They both had really good remixes of the musics.

Being biased, or simply having good taste? You decide. I'm not looking for DPs, I just love this topic, and anything when it comes to comparing Genesis to a piece of flotsam.
