I think it isn't included in this version coz the morphs cause a lot of load times for Shang.
Do you like the Saturn-version ??

Sh*t bought myself this console just for this game but when I played it for the first time it sucked even more than the PC-version to me. (krappy wavetable-like sound&music, LOAD times... and load times again for Shang's morphs...) I think this could've been done a LOT better for a Saturn-Version!! The Sprites and overall graphics look fine but the rest sux.
