MK4 PC....the secret menu help!

When i go to the menu F2 and go to continues and press the bk and rn buttons they dont do anything....please help.

That's not the correct cheat for the PC. That's for N64 and PSX.
I think for the PC, you need to do that in the practice menu.

Cheat Menu
Go to the options screen and highlight Continue. Now Hold Low Kick + Block until you hear the word Outstanding being said once. The cheat menu should now appear.
