I was entering the charcter codes (first sub zero then melina then ermac)then after i enterd ermac the whole select fighter screen went all crazy and everything was fuzzy and now just ermac and few other guys have a little fuzziness on them what gives

Emulation glitch. Same thing happens in MAME and 360 (rarely).

I wish Mk:A UMK3 was available for online play. I'ts the emulater, but its still a good convience to switch back and forth Online for MK:A or UMK:3 on the premium editions.
