I e-mailed Midway a few days ago to ask them how fast upload and download had to be to play MK: D online, and they said that there games in general that are online enabled only support Broadband connections. Even if MK: DA were online. I don't think you could play it online with 56k. Prices on high speed are coming down a bit. I for example am getting DSL lite which is $24 a month. Its upload and download isn't very high compared to reg and Xtreme DSL that they offer, but I hope DSL lite can handle MK: D. Check out some DSL providers. I am sure there is a good deal for you.I am trying to get off 56k myself before MK: D comes out. Also there are some PS2 games that support 56k, but these days PS2 has been going toward Broadband only games.
