3 vs 3

No loading times.

Better controller, IMO.

That's about it.

N64 has destroyed gameplay, poorer quality graphics, and fewer characters. I say go for PSX. As long as its not the early version it will have true UMK3 style gameplay.

Yeah, very true. But if the PS version had the three qualities that the N64 version has, it would destroy the N64 version.

Even though the things I listed are the N64 version's pros, all of its cons poop it down the toilet. Get the PS version.

3v3 would be cool. I personally prefer the PSX controler to N64 but thats just cause I got used to it first prolly.

Loading times actually arent too bad as long as you turn off what you don't need. I do the quick select screen, no versus screen and all that jazz and it doesn't bother me.

The Playstation version of Trilogy is the way to go imo. The game looks better, more colors, and the controller is fantastic. The sound is where you'll love the PS version. Older tracks from MK II are included as well. Grab the Ps version. You should still be able to ppick it up new at Best Buy or blockbuster. Definitely worth the ten bucks.

No way is the N64 Khameleon better for one reason, and I'll give you an example. While playing the N64's Khameleon, she will change in the middle of combos, and moves, etc. and is very, very hard to see. The PSX version Chameleon doesn't change during combos, and if he does, you can finish off the combo rather than stop in the middle of it like in the N64. Plus the PSX Chameleon you can at least see.

And PSX chameleon has a whole lot more moves since he goes through all the male ninjas instead of the 3 female ninjas.

The revised PSX version (Greatest Hits) is far and beyond the best MKT in terms of pure gameplay. If you want to play the game how it was intended to be played, get that, if you don't like load times, suffer with N64's sub-par gameplay/graphics/music/sounds.
