This might sound silly. But I was just wondering if Mokap and Blaze have fatalities?

Sorry, but neither of them do. I suppose they left them out due to time restrictions, as Blaze and Mokap were thrown into the game very late in it's production.
on a cheat code place for WINNERS in the GAME section they have that Blaze had a Fatality. Gamewinnners.com

Extra Characters such as BlaZe and Mokap in MK games never have fatalities . . . unless . . . did Noob Saibot have his own Fatality in MK4?

No Noob had Johnny Cages Fatalities in MK4. He had some some but they weren't his own.

no they dont. I was kind of dissapointed when I heard they didnt have them either. Atleast they have special moves

It is possible that Mokap can have a fatality, just hack the game on your XBox and some how hack his character data and give him Johnny Cage's Brain Rip.

Actually in mk4 Noob had Reikos fatalities.
(i did hear something about him using the spine rip, but i'm pretty sure that was bullshit).
Man Noob better have his own fatalitys this time around

Noob Saibot isn't an Xtra character like BlaZe and Mokap. He is a secret character. Nitara, Frost, Reptile, Cyrax, and the other secret characters had a Fatality. So ofcourse Noob Saibot will have his own Fatalities
