I was at gamestop the otherday and a kid in the store was showing off his PSP and the fact that he was playing MK2 on there. I noticed that the version he was playing resembled alot the SNES version of the game. I asked him how he got the game to run on his PSP, he laughed at me and said "you think I'm gonna tell you". I know it was the SNES version cause I use to own the SNES version and we use to play it for hours before and after school. How did he do this?

MK2 on PSP plays perfect with the SNES emulator. Even the UMK3 is very playable with some frameskip adjustments. I got all of MK games on my psp and enjoy them more than the PSP games. if you guys are thinking about buying a PSP, better hurry because you wont be able to play homebrew stuff on the new firmwares

To run homebrew on it you have to have a 1.5 firmware or japanese 1.0 firmware. You can download homebrew at psphacker.com. There is even a page to check the serial code to see if it will be a 1.5 firmware or not. Basically if the serial code has a letter A(I think that was it) then it should be fine. I checked the serial code by seeing if it started with PP10 or PP11.

I heard it doesn't run very well at this point right now though. Why have Windows or Linux on it anyways? I guess it would make it more like a PDA but
not as good.
www.g6flash.com
That would make the DS more of a PDA because of the touch screen. I
would rather have this flash card and use my DS for a PDA. I have heard
that NES, SNES, Genesis, SMS, GB, and GBC emulation is perfect on the
DS.

Once it comes out you will probably have to update. Meaning that you will lose all access to homebrew.

There is a lot you can do with the PSP. The Genesis versions of the MK, to me are more playable and look a little better. How odd is that that they I think the Sega versions look better than the SNES ones? lol.
