Is the one in the Deception Premium Pack a good arcade port? Also is the TV arcade port good as well because I havent seen one review of it yet.

No. It's the MAT2 version, which in my opinion sucks.

The TV arcade port is the same from MAT2? and so is the Deception port? and if so whats wrong with it?

TV version is it's own unique version. It's actually pretty good. But it doesn't have scrolling backgrounds.

And as was said the Deception version is the same as MAT2 but I don't know what the issues are with it. I never played either. I know it is the arcade version emulated but I know other versions of 2D MK didn't get emulated too well.

the MAT2 version of MKII is nothing like the arcade version. The sounds are messed up, you can't fight smoke, and there's no start screen.

I'm talking about the FIRST Mortal Kombat game that came out. Not MK II
