I like the Midway Arcade Treasures II but maybe make another one with all the Mortal Kombat Games including MK1,MK2,MK3,UMK3, and MK4.

Agreed, all the games together wouldn't really put a dent in a CD let alone the DVDs that are used with the ccurrent gen systems.

If the current systems use double layers (i'm not sure cause I really don't even care) that's 8.5 gigs, and MK1, 2, 3 U and 4 together would = a little over 75 megs compressed and that would be including all the available revisions, which would be a nice touch. This would be a grand total of .0088% of the disc. Even uncompressed on a 700 MB CD they would still be able to fit.
We all want this, we will get it in some way, but right now, we can all look forward to UMK3.

well now that i think about it, that was dumb for me to say. I forgot how the ps1 and early ps2 use so little memory. so yeah i guess its a good idea, just pointless to have mk3 and umk3 together in my opinion.

I think it should be on there, just to complete the set. And so people can also see how it was before the upgrade.

Calling UMK3 an upgrade is the understatement of the year.

But that's what it is. An Arcade Upgrade. There's no other term for it.

This would rule, but it won't happen unfortunately.

EXACTLY! There is no word or phrase in the english language, or any other language that can describe how much better the game became.

How about just putting MK 1, 2, 3 and UMK3 in there. I hate MK4 and the other games being all 2D would just go better together from a continuity stand point (although if it is an arcade comp -- guess that doesnt matter).
