yeah it was an actual release, i have 1,2,3,4 looking for trilogy though no luck ,i have found it in n64 rom however it does not play well

They released MKT for PC. It was a direct port of an early version of MKT for PSX (so it is a ton better then the N64 version). But, because it is an earlier version it is not as good as the Greatest Hits version of MKT for PSX. Also because its the PSX version the graphics aren't stellar because its a game that was designed for regular resolution TV (352x244).

There is no way to legally download MKT in any form off of the internet, so you should stop asking.

Sorry, your reference to ROM files and not mentioning you are looking to buy was misleading.

Check out ebay, that's your best bet.
