Does anybody know,s that the "Competition Edition" means?
Is there anything different?

I dunno if there's a difference, but it reminds me of the first PSX MKT which had "Exclusive Playstation Edition" on the cover, or the Japanese Sega CD MK1, which was called "Mortal Kombat Complete".

Most likely doesn't have any changes, just put there to make people think they're getting something extratongue

From what i read in the article it said there was blood in it. My guess is that its an a enhancer.
