I just bought MKT for PS1 and the PIT 2 doesn't seem to work.

How do you perform it?

And what other stages have a stage fatal?

The Pit2 fatality isn't in MKT. They would have had to redo frames for everyone but the MK2 chars so they didn't bother.

You get the pit1, deadpool, kombat tomb, subway, pit3, bell tower, scorpion's lair,

I think you get all those, but I haven't done a pit in a while. I might be off base.

I heard that N64 version didn't get the PIT 2 but the Playstation version did?
