Please don't make thread titles or posts in all-caps, as it's just annoying and it looks like you're screaming. - Jerrod

Heck Yeah, I agree with you, my favorite MK game ever is MKT. I love old school graphic! lol I wish there is a MKT online... I would play it 24/7 lol =)

I agree, MKT is the best out there. Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer the older graphics and backgrounds
First off, I hope we are talking about the PS1 version here. At least I am..
I used to agree, but not so much any more. MKT was good for its time. All characters, a lot of fatalities, everything was great. But when you go back and play a game like that now, and compare it to the likes of MK2 or UMK3 Arcade, it doesn't stand up.
MKT was made solely on home systems, and had embarassingly long loading times for an MK game (which shouldn't even have loading times), bad graphics, and even censored and copied fatalities. It was indeed fun to be able to finally play as the likes of Goro and Kintaro, and not have to hold some stupid button code to access Human Smoke. But after you get passed the part of being able to play as every character, and start thinking about the true mechanics of the game itself, you see that it fails.
I would put MKT as probably the third best of the classic games. My order would go MK2, UMK3, then MKT. MK2 was just perfect all around IMO. The only downside was that you didn't have the run and combo abilities, but everything else was flawless and really, I'm glad MK2 didn't have combos. It really would have destroyed that game.

MKT is great...the most intresting thing is that they have put characters from MK I,II n' III in 1 game...that's cool.

Oh, yeah, the only game where a common combatant can punch a boss and make him burst into a bunch of bones (in 2 vs 2 fight). I liked that so much!

Seeing as you pirated MK4 you probably pirated this game too. And the sad thing is I know what you did wrong.

yeah i think too that MKT is the best mk game before MK3

Hell yeah! MKT is awesome. I just got it a few weeks ago, so awesome with the one button fatalities and stuff. Best thing about it is that it is 2D.

Mortal Kombat Trilogy is fun. I only have it for N64 (never had a PSX), but it was still a blast. I'd still say I prefer Mortal Kombat II over it, though.

i think they really should of made ULTIMATE MORTAL KOMBAT TRILLOGY
on all game systems back in the 90's, even today i think Warner Bros,
should put ULTIMATE MORTAL KOMBAT TRILLOGY on the ps3! cause the was the mk game from mk1-mkt

dude i had nothing but aggro on that game, i think i made more enemies playing MKT than i did as a girlfriend stealer, but i loved every minute of it.
nothing says "fuck you" like a brutality at the end of a double flawless victory, atleast not in gamer land.
