I Remember being at an Arcade Local, in CA; back in 1994.
I was so Excited about Playing The New MKII, that a Guy became Upset:
"Hey, hey, hey, What are Ya doiiiin'? Sheet!"
I couldn't Wait for My Turn to Change The Bill for Coins.

Ahhh, good times! I was such a scavenger for any info I could get on special moves and fatalities. I would take a pen and paper and go straight to the magazine section of any store my parents went to, so I could copy and new moves from the latest EGM or whatever.
I remember one time I was hanging around a video store all day watching people play version 2.1. Then I walked down a couple of blocks to a comic store that had JUST received the 3.1 version - I nearly crapped my pants when I saw Shang's Kintaro Morph fatality for the first time.
I lost all track of time when I was watching and playing those games. My parents actually called the police that day because they thought I had gone missing.
That truly was the golden age of arcades; the mere fact that I had TWO locations within walking distance where I could play the game just blows my mind when I think about it today. Ah, now I'm getting all wistful. I gotta get it together and try some of this online stuff...
