Then split punch his groin.

Then kick him into galaga space.

In MK1 you could do almost anything after a Johnny Cage Fatality if timed correctly including another Fatality, thus knocking off another head for a total of two. This double uppercut glitch was why the developers put the triple head one in MKII. For this to work as soon as Cage's arm is straight up in the air after knocking off the head do the Fatality motion again or if you have one of the fighters the Groin Punch. Basically anything you want with few limitations.

In the older Revisions of MKII you could do a Babality and pretty much do anything you wanted to the baby. LOL. :)
