I know this may be an old post and I believe it may have been discussed too at one point. I have searched the Internet with no luck finding any patches to help me. I have the CD-ROMS for Mortal Kombat Trilogy and Mortal Kombat 4. I got them to work on Windows XP SP3 with no problems. I also have a laptop with Windows 7. Does anyone know where to get patches to install and run Mortal Kombat Trilogy and Mortal Kombat 4? Neither will run the .EXE file and I cannot install them. Also on my Mortal Kombat Trilogy on Windows XP SP3 works great, but with the patch some of my backgrounds are missing. Besides the background being there it is a solid blue area like they were removed. Anyone know how to fix these problems? I have the latest drivers and I even have a much better Sound Card and Display Driver but still have some problems with this game on Trilogy only. Thanks to anyone who can help.
