Well I'm just assuming, which usualy means I'll be wronggrin but there's only one logical explanation imo. Midway realized that they could sell many more 'Collectors Editions' versions of MKD if they removed MK1 from MAT2 and made it exclusive to the collectors editions. I only wanted MAT2 for MK1 and 2 (maybe for Primal Rage too, but I already own MK3) and now I'm buying it for 1 game. Kinda sux imo...
