i was playing as nightwolf a while ago and i was shoting his spirit arrow and one of his arrows went from green to red. how was that possible?
In Mortal Kombat Trilogy, nightwolfs arrows will turn red if it was done if it is during a juggle. His axe will also do this if it is at the end of an autocombo. MKT had a lot of unneccesary reds. Johny Cage had a redo shadow kick that went faster but the collision was horrible, and did less damage. Liu kang had a red bike kick that had faster and had longer range, but it does less damage and requires a 'back, forward' motion before you let go of lk, making it pretty much useless. All the red moves are very useless and/or pointless. There's only a handful of new moves in trilogy that actually help the character. Things like forward teleport and double projectile (except for stryker's double had grenade, the ONLY time that's usefull is if your opponent is on/close to danger, and the chip will kill tem).

The arrow is actually somethng left over from UMK3. But they didn't make it red in that, it was just a faster green arrow. Then they added the red axe in MKT and it seems pointless to me. The red bike kick was stupid. The red dash kick with JC was stupid. Most of the MKT add-ons were. Sindel's double fireball? Bleh. Sektor's double missile is good I think. He needed the help with comboing.

Some were cool. Scorp's forward teleport and Raiden's backwards lightning were good, and you already mentioned Sektor's double missle. Goro's lariat, Baraka's spin, Kung Lao's double teleport, I liked all of those.
Stryker's high and low double grenades were nice too, but so much lag time.

I think its called "Psycho Ball" or "Psycho Cannon Ball"
he almost bounce around in ball form like a flipper ball.
Because of the fact that I dont play MKT (loading times on PS2 killing the fun for me, and the game chrashes for me if you cut of the "buy in" and other stuff) I dont know how useable it is.
