no two player option on mk1 on mkd collectors edition

Why doesnt mortal kombat 1 on mkd for xbox have a 2 player option ? sm mk 2 does have the 2 player option but why didnt they include it in mk1 for the xbox ?

On mine it did... we could play two player... weird. I'm probably getting the question wrong, though. sad

You have to push start on one controller and than start on another controller.
